This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications developed by Voluka, each referred to below as "the App":

- I Know Sweden — com.voluka.medborgarskapsprov
It explains how information is collected and used when you use the App. The same policy applies to every app listed above; they share the same technical implementation and the same third-party services.
Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address or any other directly identifying information. Your quiz settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymised usage statistics and crash reports. This includes device type, operating system version, app version, general usage patterns (such as screens viewed and features used) and, in the event of a crash, technical information about the state of the App.
We use this data solely to understand how the App is used and to improve its stability and quality. It is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy documentation.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following services provided by Google LLC:
- Google AdMob — advertising. Google may use collected data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent choices.
- Firebase Analytics — anonymised app usage statistics.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and app stability diagnostics.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. The App does not collect directly identifying personal data; requests regarding advertising, analytics or crash data processed by Google should be directed to Google.
You can opt out of personalised advertising on your device:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Content & Sources
The quiz questions and explanations included in our applications are based solely on publicly available materials, including:
- Official integration course study guides and workbooks published by government and public institutions
- Publicly available civic knowledge handbooks and citizenship exam preparation materials
- Open educational resources and reference publications in the public domain
